WHAT IS MONITORING?
Alarm monitoring is simply a way of someone being alerted / contacted when the intruder alarm system activates. This can be by digital communicator, GSM / SMS, Redcare & Redcare Gsm or Dualcom dual path signalling.
How alarm monitoring works:
- Your intruder alarm activates
- Your alarm system calls the alarm monitoring station via your chosen method.
- The monitoring station call any nominated keyholders and the police (if required) to inform them of the activation.

One the intruder alarm system is designed the surveyor will run through the different options to you, including wired, wire free and hybrid intruder alarm systems in addition to any alarm monitoring requirements you may have.
Once this is agreed we will generate a full, detailed specification and quotation
for you that explains everything in detail, including the costings. No hard sell

If the price is ok, our skilled team of engineers (all security screened) will then install the system to the highest standards and demonstrate the new intruder alarm system to you, there will also be a user guide left with you for future reference.
